Snapped this pic just after it rolled in the drive for the
first time. The color is Jet Black with the M-series 17" wheels on Dunlop
Sport 8030 rubber. Still can't believe I bought a BLACK car. I'll be doing ALOT
of washing!
Some of the options I got are Premium package (Black Montana
leather, power moon/sunroof, Myrtle wood trim, auto dimming mirrors) Sport
package (totally awesome power sport seats, wheels and handling upgrades) and
Cold Weather package (love those bun warmers!).
Of course its a 5 speed manual transmission coupled to that 3.0
liter inline 6 that BMW is famous for. The headlights are self leveling Xenon
and wow do they make a difference at night!
Don't touch me when parked....security system includes motion
detectors and tilt sensors. The sound system is awesome as well - Harmon Cardon
10 speaker AM/FM/CD (no changer yet)
Backed up to the RC flying field - Greater Cincinnati Radio
Control Club - ready to unload the choppers for a days flying. The trunk has
plenty of room for all the gear with one of the split rear seats folded down.
Another shot of the GCRCC field....thats the Cinergy power
generation plant in the background. What a great flying field too!
Jake Sweeney BMW gave me this 2004 M3 for the day to test drive.
WOW...scary fast. With SMG transmission that takes a bit of getting used to
from a manual, shifts VERY fast. This car handles like a dream and the seats
fit like a glove. Too much car for me...I'll stick with my 330 for now (-;
